The fanny pack was one of mankind’s greatest inventions. But its potential was limited by the technology of its time. Until now.
Fanny packs can be useful for carrying items like your phone, wallet, and keys. But true visionaries push the limits of what is considered possible. There have been so many times when I’ve made a meal and have wanted to take it with me, but don’t want to carry around a cumbersome container or fill my pockets with food. Wouldn’t it be great if you could take your favourite meals with you anywhere you went hassle-free?
According to my calculations the average fanny pack is big enough to carry at least 1 meal at a time but is limited to carrying cold foods like a sandwich or leftover chicken fingers. After 30 failed prototypes and hours of tinkering and adapting the original design of the fanny pack with a thermal layer and a plastic lining, I can now carry homemade or store-bought foods that are hot and\or wet like soups and stews in the main pocket. The side pockets can be used for salads, utensils, garnishes and condiments. I call it the foodie pack.
With the foodie pack you can enjoy exquisite meals on the go wherever, whenever. Fanny packs have a stigma of being “uncool” but what could be more cool than being able to enjoy a hot, fresh homemade stew while riding the bus or enjoying a concert. The foodie pack is also available in a transparent material like plastic or clear PVC so if you’re at a concert they can see that you’re only bringing in food and not anything dangerous. The foodie pack is an easily washable, reusable, portable bowl for your grub. So chow down and then bow down to the greatness of the foodie pack.
